Detailed Itinerary

Arrival in Tashkent. Meeting at Tashkent airport at any time of arrival mentioned by tourist. Transfer to the hotel and check in.
Sightseeing in Tashkent: Khast-Imam Square, Barak-Khan Madrasah, Kafal-al-Shashi Mausoleum, Kukeldash Madrasah, the oldest bazaar of Tashkent “Chorsu”. After lunch visit Independence Square and Amir Temur Square.
Overnight in Tashkent
Meal plan: Breakfast – Lunch

Departure to Samarkand by a high-speed train Afrosiab (08:00 – 10:08).
Sightseeing in Samarkand: the most impressive square in the entire Central Asia – the Registan Square (madrasah of Ulugbek, Sher-Dor madrasah, Tilya-Kori madrasah), Gur-e Amir mausoleum – necropolis of the Timurids.
At lunch – culinary master class on the preparation of manti in the guest house – an exquisite dish that is steamed from the most delicate thin dough with juicy meat filling inside.
After lunch continuation of sightseeing in Samarkand: Bibi-Khanym mosque, architectural ensemble Shah-i-Zinda, Ulugbek observatory.
In the evening excursion to the winery named after M.A. Khovrenko in Samarkand and tasting of Uzbek wines and cognacs.

Meal plan: Breakfast – Lunch

Departure to Bukhara by a high-speed train Afrosiab (09:50 – 11:20).
Upon arrival drive to the national house and take a culinary master class on the preparation of plov – traditional Uzbek dish. A professional oshpaz (a cook specializing in pilaf) will reveal culinary secrets, will gladly tell and show you how to cook Bukhara pilaf. Cooking pilaf will turn into an entertaining holiday thanks to the skill of oshpaz and the breathtaking aroma coming from the cauldron. Degustation of the prepared plov.
After lunch sightseeing in Bukhara: Lyab-i Hauz Architectural Ensemble, Kukeldash Madrasah, Nadir Divan-Begi Madrasah, domed shopping arcade.

Meal plan: Breakfast – Lunch

Breakfast at the hotel.
Continuation of sightseeing in Bukhara: Mausoleum of Samanids, Chashma Ayub Mausoleum, Bolo-Khauz Complex, Ark Citadel, Po-i-Kalyan Complex (Kalyan Minaret and others), Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan Madrasah.
After lunch visit out-of-city sights of Bukhara: Sitorai Mohi Khosa – summer residence of Bukhara last emir (ruler) and Bakhautdin Naqshbandi complex.
In the evening visit the tea house “Spices of the Silk Road” – tasting tea with various spices and traditional Bukhara sweets
Overnight in Bukhara
Meal plan: Breakfast – Lunch

Transfer to Khiva through the famous Kyzylkum desert along the Amu Darya River.  Check-in at the hotel.
Walking around the historical district – Ichan-Kala (XVIII century) which is the walled inner town of the old Khiva oasis and State Museum-Reserve protected as a World Heritage Site.

Sightseeing in Khiva (Ichan-Kala historical inner city): Pakhlavan Mahmoud Complex, Kunya-Ark Fortress, Islam Hajji Madrasah & Minaret, Tash Khauli Alakuli Khan Palace, Juma Mosque, Muhammadaminkhan Minaret & Madrasah, and Avesta Museum.
In the evening – take a flight to Tashkent.
